I personally took a leisurely look at all the So Spa premises and was delighted by the pleasant and modern So Spa style. The materials and the design seemed absolutely coherent and calming to me.

While I was still wondering if the special “heat experience” with sauna, ice, water, hot and cold oil would be something for me, today’s visit was first to be about my face and then the body to recover from stress and tension.

I was given the Carita Renovateur facial and was already looking forward to it, as I have only had good experiences with the luxury brand Carita so far. High-quality products in combination with a special facial massage refine the complexion. With the help of essential oils, the skin is moisturized, firmed and purified.

Since I am allergic to some foods, before the treatment I was puzzled and curious about what exactly would happen during the treatment.

For example, I was asked about allergies regarding lavender, honey, clove and sunflower seeds. During the treatment I noticed how natural the ingredients of the treatment really were and could enjoy it completely.

Very many pleasant smells and pleasant textures were applied to the face. You could deeply relax and just enjoy the 90 minutes and let the treatment take effect on you.

The pampering program started with a neck massage followed by cleansing of the skin and a facial massage. After the serum was incorporated, there was a perfect finish with a pleasant hand massage. I have never been able to relax so well during a facial.

There are always places on my body that I put more extreme stress on than other places. Sometimes I don’t get to it in time to relax the muscles again until they harden even more extremely.

That’s exactly when I need someone who knows my body very well and can feel my problems exactly without me having to point them out again.

There have been many massages in my life where I thought afterwards that I could have oiled myself and it would have gone faster because the right pressure was simply missing. That’s why I was all the more thrilled with the perfect touches at the So Spa in Frankfurt.

A staff member, such as at the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, who is appropriately trained and educated as a masseuse, can of course address problem areas in the neck or shoulders much better and also give tips on how to avoid it in the future.

For me it is always very important, even in relaxation appointments still to learn how I can do better in the future to give my body the rest and relaxation it deserves.

Everything really fit here and I was able to move much better after the massage after a long time. I now also knew for myself what things I will change in the future when working at a computer screen or when traveling a lot, in order to get less tension in the future.
