Instructions to be able to use multiple profiles on Instagram and different accounts at the same time on Instagram. Is there a program how I can use multiple accounts in one APP? How often have I received these questions from friends and the answer was always the same – “No”. There were a few APPs, but they all violate the valid Instagram rules and thus could also lead to the closure of the account. Since 08 February 2016, there is now a change and Instagram allows multiple accounts within the official Instagram APP.
Instagram multiple profiles on Instagram and different accounts at the same time
With installation of the latest version of the Instagram APP (version min. 7.15), it is now possible to perform the so-called “account switching” or the “account change” within the Instagram APP and not to log in each time for the respective Instagram account. Especially people who look after different accounts professionally or also use several accounts themselves, now only need to click on the profile name and can then react quite flexibly and thus use several profiles, accounts and accounts at the same time on Instagram.
I have also solved the situation with me so far always with two smartphones or in combination with a tablet and can now easily jump back and forth between my two Instagram accounts “missvanessapur” and “vanessa.pur” and upload the pictures accordingly, the different streams liken and also comment directly back.
In the future, you will then also again find pictures on my other two channels, which were not used the last few months, because the effort was much too big for me. The channel “mygermanbakery” gives you the first food impressions and will from time to time feature special culinary delights. Maybe you also like to follow my accounts… 🙂
How to use multiple profiles on Instagram and different accounts on Instagram at the same time
If you have now also installed the latest version of the Instagram APP (V 7.15 or higher), you can easily create a second, third or even fourth account with a few steps (if you know the password, of course) and can then easily use multiple profiles, accounts and accounts at the same time on Instagram.
First, open the Instagram app and click on the “PROFILE” button in the lower right corner, where you can see your stream and your subscribers and subscriptions.
Click on the “three dots” above the subscriptions in the top right corner
The “Options” page will open – there you will find the item “INFO” in the lowest section
If the option has already been rolled out for you, you will find the new item “Add account” under the menu item “Delete search history”.
Click -> Enter the data for the second account and you’re done.
You will then find in the Instagram APP at the top of the screen now a small triangle to unfold under the Instagram name and can flexibly jump back and forth between your different Instagram accounts and thus use multiple profiles, accounts and accounts simultaneously on Instagram.
You’ll also now find the same feature for switching between accounts at the bottom right of the screen, where your profile picture is now displayed in a round shape (as it is for me above). Just hold down briefly and a window will open where you can jump through all accounts and thus answer all followers and requests as well as comments directly.
Conclusion – Use multiple profiles on Instagram and different accounts at the same time on Instagram
In my opinion, the possibility to use multiple profiles, accounts and accounts at the same time on Instagram is one of the best development steps of Instagram within the last months and years. It makes the work of frequent users of the app much easier and you no longer have to log in permanently or use a second smartphone for the accounts.
In the future I will pay more attention to adapt my pictures to the accounts more thematically and to stay with the alignments and so I decided for the separation as follows:
vanessa.pur – my personal life – often fashion looks and moments from my life
missvanessapur – my fashion outfits with boots, nylons and leather
mygermanbakery – special recipes food and dishes – nice cakes and pies, a delicious salad or a nice dessert
