Christian Louboutin Harler Veau Velvet High Heels for extra long legs. My new comfortable dream shoes and designer high heels from Christian Louboutin have moved into my shoe closet. The Louboutin Harler Veau Velvet Ankle Cuff High Heels have an ankle strap or ankle strap with a buckle. My biggest concern beforehand: do high heels with ankle straps make your leg shorter? How to combine shoes with straps? Does suede go with regular leather and shiny skirts and pants?
I have often considered buying high heels with a thin or wide strap on the leg, however, until now I was unsure whether it would make the leg look visually shorter. The strap usually does not provide more support, but could perhaps interfere with longer wear?
When I was stopped by my new Iriza glitter high heels in the shop window, these beautiful strappy high heels were right next to it and looked mega hot. So far, similar shoes have lacked that feeling like it’s something for me, but with the Harler high heels, I was instantly smitten.
Harler Veau Velours Ankle Cuff – Ankle Strap Shoes.
I found the high heels to be perfectly balanced and extremely stylish – not too dressy and not too clunky. With the pointed front and the classy suede material, the wide ankle strap looks absolutely cohesive and classy. At the ankle itself is a black buckle to attach the strap, or the band on the ankle.
I was full of anticipation as I waited for my new Louboutin high heels and was blown away when I actually held them in my hands. It’s like a little new car every time – it smells like leather, everything looks perfect, nothing is allowed to get on it and of course you drive the first few kilometers still in gentle mode before you go full throttle.
The shoes really fit perfectly and have with 10cm heel height for me a comfortable height for a longer wearing time. The pointed toe gives the toes more space than a round toe and the soft leather means there are no pressing areas.
The ankle strap is also pleasantly soft and doesn’t bother after a short period of getting used to it. However, you should keep in mind that the strap and the bridge are made of light leather on the inside and it can lead to leather marks on dark tights.
Christian Louboutin Harler High Heels with Strap – Ankle Cuff
For me, my new Louboutin Harler High Heels with Straps or Ankle Cuff are one of my new favorite Christian Louboutin shoes. I think the look on the leg is super nice and don’t feel like the shoe makes my leg look shorter. To me, it looks like my leg just gets an extra leg adornment. Surely this impression also comes from the elegant open space on the back of the foot.
Due to the cut and the material, the Louboutin Harler High Heels shoe sits rather loosely on the foot and not as tightly as a classic patent high heel. I find the support comfortable and pleasant, however, I also already have some firm muscles on my foot, or leg through my high heels preference.
I’m happy to say that with the Louboutin Harler High Heel, I have now found the perfect strappy shoe for me to match my style and outfits. The velvety suede looks perfect with different patterned and plain tights. The velvet look with buckle or buckle also looks coherent and harmonious with my leather skirts, leather pants and latex clothing. Simple elegance with d’Orsay style for free foot sides.
The Harler Veau Velours Christian Louboutin High Heels fits perfectly into my beloved Louboutin collection and of course doesn’t resemble any of the existing pairs there. I present part of my collection to you in my Christian Louboutin Haul video. My general tips for Louboutin shopping I have already explained to you in my matching blog post on shoe shopping.
In motion you can see the Louboutin Harler shoes also already in one of my current videos on YouTube. Even to the longer latex skirt the shoes do not look disturbing, which makes them already my favorites for travel. I’m looking forward to many more looks with my new Louboutin Harler Ankle Cuff High Heels and am curious how the suede does with longer use.
